He has built and exited companies across three continents over two decades, leading category-defining platforms to successful exits. At Rocket Internet, he served as MD at Jumia Nigeria, building Africa's leading e-commerce marketplace into a NYSE-listed company in 2019.
As Co-CEO at Daraz, he scaled it into South Asia's dominant e-commerce platform across five markets, before Alibaba acquired it in 2018.
He founded Smileneo, MENA's first licensed direct-to-consumer teledentistry platform. He raised the capital, navigated regulatory approvals across every GCC market, and closed the largest seed round in the region for a teeth-straightening startup. India's makeO acquired it in 2023.
